Just In! Mourinho set to agree loan deal for Exciting Superstar

Mourinho has recently insisted Shaw could still have a future at Old Trafford. However, in order to try and kick-start his career, a spell away from Manchester United is being considered. According to The Gambling Times, Shaw would go out on loan with a view to returning to Manchester, reports Mirror.

The 22-year-old would ideally like to stay long-term too, although recognises the need for first-team opportunities ahead of the World Cup next summer. The £30m signing from Southampton has played just twice this season, both in the Carabao Cup, and there were claims that Mourinho was "humiliating" him by bringing him on for the final three minutes of the 2-0 win at Swansea in that competition last week.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, who Shaw has said he would like to work with again, is one manager interested, especially with Danny Rose’s future uncertain. Meanwhile, it is said up to half-a-dozen Premier League clubs and others in Europe have expressed an interest in doing a deal in January.
