Four players Jose Mourinho will sign at Man Utd for sure

According to the recent reports from ESPN, Jose Mourinho is set to take over as Man Utd manager in the following week after the FA Cup Final on 21st May 2016. With MUFC finishing at a disappointing 5th place in the Premier League and missing out on the Champions League a major squad overhaul is expected once the transfer window opens. We, at Transfer Talker try to analyze what the potential signings at Man Utd could be if the "Special One" takes over.

The Transfer Talker ratings mentioned below indicate our predictions of the transfers going through...

1. Zlatan Ibrahimovic

POSITION: Striker/Centre Forward
TRANSFER FEE: Free

The talismanic Swedish striker has recently announced his decision to leave Ligue 1 champions PSG and is a free agent this summer.Despite being 34 years old Zlatan is still at his sparkling best and could prove to be the catalyst for United in terms of a striking force. Moreover young talents like Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial who have had impressive debut seasons at MUFC could learn a lot from the dynamic Swede. Zlatan has never hidden his affinity to work with Jose and if Mourinho does take over at United then this transfer seems certain to happen.

2. James Rodriguez- REAL MADRID C.F.

POSITION: Attacking Midfield/Left wing/Right wing
TRANSFER FEE : €70m (Transfermarkt.com)

The Colombian international attacking midfielder is reported to have fallen out with current Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane and is currently way down the pecking order.A few substitute appearances are all that James has managed and his performance record shows a total of 8 goals in 32 appearances in all competitions. For a player of his calibre and being just 24 years old regular starts are a necessity and given United's craving for creativity he could get the starts that he needs at United under Jose.Another important factor is the presence of super agent Jorge Mendes in any deal that goes through. Both Jose and Rodriguez share the same agent i.e. Jorge Mendes.

TRANSFER TALKER RATING : 8/10

3.Alvaro Morata- JUVENTUS

POSITION: Striker/Centre Forward
TRANSFER FEE: €25m (Transfermarkt.com) EXPECTED FEE: €40m

According to recent reports from the reputed Italian journalist Di Marzio, Manchester United and Arsenal are set to compete with each other for the signature of Spanish international striker Alvaro Morata from Juventus. The 23 year old has seen his starting chances at Juventus to be limited this season, but despite this Morata has scored some important goals this season whenever given a chance.Though the chances of Morata moving on from the Italian Serie A Champions seem limited,Di Marzio's claims leave the door slightly open for any such move going through.

TRANSFER TALKER RATING : 5/10
