Chelsea to shock Liverpool with 35 million bid for Gotze

Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp, is a huge fan of Mario Gotze and was also heavily linked with a bid to bring him to Anfield after struggling at Bayern Munich ever since his move to the Allianz Arena from Dortmund. Chelsea are reportedly ready to shock Klopp and make a huge bid for Gotze as Antonio Conte has given the green light for this deal, reports Daily Star

Carlo Ancelotti is going to take over at Bayern Munich and he has told the chiefs that he does not have Gotze in his plans. He has even alerted his old club, Chelsea, about his availability and hence Chelsea's interest. Chelsea are looking to offload Costa as his aggression has caused problems on and off the pitch. Gotze will be a perfect fit in Conte's plans.

Liverpool will be eagerly watching how this develops and will be keen to move ahead in the race for Gotze's signature. Klopp is looking forward to reuniting with Gotze and believes that he will make the 23-year-old the player he once was at Dortmund. Gotze will also love the opportunity to play for Klopp once again.
